Please be advised that our 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM 2018) will be held on Saturday, 15th of September 2018 at our Worship and Ministry Centre, from 2:00pm to approximately 4:00pm.
This year, the Board is holding a Forum immediately after the AGM giving you an opportunity to raise questions and concerns and also discuss issues of importance to us as a Church Family.
The AGM 2018 notice, associated documents and reports have been distributed to you on 19thAugust 2018 either in hardcopy form or electronically (via e-mails). If in any way you have not received them, please contact the Church Office (Tel: 020 7602 9092 or e-mail admin@ccil.org.uk). The notice and associated documents can also be found in MyCCiL.
Your participation on 15th Sept is of utmost importance to our Church family in reviewing, forward planning and endorsement of our ministries plans, appointment of Church leaders and financial matters including budgets for 2019.
If you are not able to come, please use the proxy form to authorise another member or the Church Secretary to vote on the various Resolutions as you may indicate in the form of your choices.
Again, you are welcome to participate in this AGM, preferably in person or by proxy.
