Please be advised that our Extraordinary General Meeting 2017 (EGM 2017) will be held on Saturday, 18th March 2017, from 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm at the Worship and Ministry Centre, 69 – 71 Brook Green, Hammersmith, London W6 7BE.

The EGM 2017 notice and associated documents have been distributed to you on 19th February 2017 in hardcopy form. If in any way you have not received them, please contact the Church Office (Tel: 020 7602 9092 or email admin@ccil.org.uk). The notice and associated documents can also be found in MyCCiL.

Your participation on 18th March is of utmost importance to the appointments of our church leaders, which will have great impact on our future ministry development. So we would appreciate very much if you can attend the meeting in person.

If you are really not able to come, please use the proxy form to authorise another member or the Church Secretary to vote on the various Resolutions, for which you may indicate your choices in the form.

Again, you are welcome to participate in this EGM, preferably in person or by proxy. Should you have any queries, please feel free to contact the Church Office or one of the Church Council members.
