In Romans 1-11, Paul talks about the great gospel of reconciliation between God and salvation for both Jews and Gentiles, which is merciful of God. In Romans 12-16, Paul applies the above truths to the lives of believers, and since God is so merciful, Paul encourages believers to respond by living a different life to demonstrate God’s reality and the greatness of the gospel. Paul repeats the word “one another” 11 times in chapters 12-16, which shows that Paul especially wants believers to practice the greatness of the gospel, so that the believer’s life can be renewed and grown, so that the relationship between people can be more harmonious.
