Please be advised that our 2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM 2014) will be held on Saturday, 20th of Septemeber 2014 at our Worship and Ministry Centre, from 2.00pm to approximately 5.00pm.

The AGM 2014 notice, associated documents and reports have been distributed on 24th August 2014 either in hardcopy form or electronically (via emails).  If in any way you have not received them, please contact the Church Office (Tel: 020 7602 9092 or email: agm2014@ccil.org.uk).

Your participation on the 20th Sep is of utmost importance to our Church family in reviewing, the forward planning and endorsement of our ministries plans, appointment of Church leaders and financial matters including budgets for 2015.

If you are really not able to come, please use the proxy form to authorise another member or the Church Secretary to vote on the various Resolutions as you may indicate in the form of your choices.

Again, we are welcome to participate in this AGM, preferrably in person or by proxy.  Should you have any queries, please feel free to contact the Church Office or one of the Church Council members.
